Get to Know Us
In November of 2022 Kelly purchased SHOW Salon, packed up her former salon on Pearl St, and moved the team their dream location. Kelly and her team have emerged themselves into the cultutre of downtown and felt the impact of small businesses supporting each other with warm hearts. We are proud to be participants in Third Thursdays, Art Prize, and as many small projects as we can manage. Monroe Center is a true strip of life in the beautiful downtown area and we are so thankful to be a part of it.

What Drives Us
We are committed to being more than just a hair salon for our guests and community. We believe the impact of salon services goes far deeper than helping our clients look their best. We believe in cultivating a true bond with each guest that walks through our big blue doors. We have a team of educated, empowering, and passionate stylists that put their heart and expertise into every service they preform.

By partnering with Green Circle Salons, we are a Certified Sustainable Salon, meaning up to 95% of our beauty waste is being recovered and repurposed. Hair clippings are being reused for things like cleaning up oil spills, to beign turned into specialty bio plastics! Hair color turns to clean water and clean energy, and foil and color tubes are repurposed for things like bicycle parts. Ask your stylist more about our partnership with Green Circle!

As a salon staff, we are passionate about volunteer work and giving back to our community. By running events like our free clothing swaps where we donate pound of clothes to our local community and shelters, to giving our time to volunteer work with Feeding America West Michigan, Friends of Grand Rapids Parks, and our local aninmal shelters - we keep charity very close to our hearts.

As the proud owner of SHOW, Kelly leads with love. She believes in protecting, caring for, and giving back to her team as well as her salon guests.
When Kelly isn't busy crafting behind the chair, you'll find her cherishing her role as a mother to her two adult sons. Her family extends beyond her children to include three furry friends – her beloved dogs who are an integral part of her life. If you come to the salon enough you'll get to meet Rosie, her 13 year old Maltipoo.
Kelly doesn't stop at her salon and family. She's also a dedicated volunteer, giving her time and heart to support those in hospice care. Her compassionate spirit and desire to make a difference shine brightly in all that she does.
